Privacy Notice

Hilmi Lab is the data controller for the personal and health information you submit through this form. We collect your name, date of birth, contact details and the medical reports you upload solely to provide you with a professional interpretation of those reports.

Your documents are stored in encrypted, private storage. They are never published, never shared with third parties for marketing, and are accessible only to the clinical team responsible for your interpretation.

We process this information on the basis of your explicit consent (UK GDPR Article 9(2)(a)) and for the provision of healthcare services. You may withdraw consent, or request access, correction or deletion of your data, at any time by emailing Result@hilmilab.co.uk.

Records are retained for the period required by UK medical record-keeping obligations and then securely destroyed.
